Overview
This policy applies to purchases made through 3S Coding for Stokka Desktop
and Stokka Web. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something
isn't working as expected, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
Stokka Desktop — one-time purchase
Stokka Desktop is a downloadable desktop application sold as a one-time license fee.
- Refund window: You may request a full refund within
14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been
activated and the software has not been put into active use.
- Activated licenses: Once the license key has been activated,
the purchase is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund,
except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Technical issues: If the software fails to function as
described due to a defect and we are unable to provide a fix within a
reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued regardless of activation status.
Stokka Web — subscriptions
Stokka Web is a cloud-based SaaS product available on monthly and annual
subscription plans.
- Monthly plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable once
a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future
charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within
14 days of initial purchase and have not made substantial
use of the service, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused
months. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable.
- Renewals: If a subscription renews automatically and you
did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the
renewal charge and we will issue a full refund and cancel the subscription.
Service outages and downtime
We do not issue refunds for temporary service interruptions or scheduled
maintenance. In the event of extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours)
attributable to our infrastructure, affected subscribers will receive a credit
applied to their next billing cycle.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at
info@3scoding.com with:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
- Your order number or payment confirmation.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back
to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days
depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the refund window has passed.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before a renewal date (outside the 7-day window above).
- Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware not listed in our system requirements.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection
laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under local law, contact us
and we will assess your request accordingly.
